Class Schedule
We currently offer Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pilates, Les Mills BODYPUMP ™, HIIT, BoxFit, Legs, Bums and Core, DanceFit, Silver Circuits (for women 60 plus) and Body Conditioning Circuit classes.
All of our classes are suitable for all abilities including beginners.
