
Gym Opening Times & Class Schedule
In addition to a fully equipped gym of brand new, state of the art equipment, we offer a variety of classes for women in Exeter including Pilates, Yoga, Yin Yoga, Les Mills BODYPUMP ™, 30 minutes HIIT, Body Conditioning Circuits and running training for all levels.
Gym Opening Hours
Our gym is open at set times for members who enjoy independent training in a calm, welcoming space.
Classes, personal training and small group sessions also take place outside these hours - please see our timetable for details.
MORNINGS
Monday - Friday: 07:00am - 11:00am
Saturdays - 8:00am - 12:00pm.
AFTERNOON and EVENINGS
Monday: 4:00pm - 8:00pm.
Tuesday: 4:00pm - 7:00pm.
Wednesday 4:00pm - 8:00pm.
Thursday 4:00pm - 7:00pm.
Friday: 4:00pm - 7:00pm.
Sunday - closed apart from for workshops and retreats.
There will always be a team member available to offer help and support when the gym is open.
CLASSES
We currently offer yoga, Yin Yoga, Pilates, Les Mills BODYPUMP ™, HIIT. Legs, Bums and Core, Silver Circuits (for women 60 plus) and Body Conditioning Circuit classes.
All of our classes are suitable for all abilities including beginners.
We create regular surveys for our members and listen to the feedback and suggestions and tailor our timetable to match the needs of our members.
