
Gym Opening Times & Class Schedule
In addition to a fully equipped gym, we will be offering a variety of classes for women in Exeter including Pilates, Yoga, Cardio, Strength & Conditioning and running training for all levels.

Our female PTs will also be offering one - to - one, pairs and group PT sessions.

OPENING TIMES
​Monday - Friday - 07:00am - 8:00pm
​
Saturday 08:00am - 4:00pm
​
Sunday - closed.
​
We offer a mixture of OPEN and SUPPORTED gym time.
​
We will be available to offer help and support during SUPPORTED Gym Time. We can also offer inductions during Supported Gym Time.
CLASSES
We currently offer yoga, Pilates and Body Conditioning classes.

We will be creating a survey for our members and will listen to the feedback and suggestions and will tailor our timetable to match the needs of our members.
